Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the MindMe application or website (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MindMe. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, MindMe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• • Reverse-engineers, decompiles, or disassembles any part of the app;
• • Attempts to gain unauthorised access to our servers, systems, or other users' accounts;
• • Transmits harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through the Service;
• • Creates accounts on behalf of other individuals without their explicit permission;
• • Uses automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. In-App Purchases

MindMe offers a premium subscription tier called "MindMe Plus." All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to the respective policies of Apple and Google and are not handled by MindMe directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, question databases, trademarks, logos, graphics, and data within MindMe are the exclusive property of MindMe, unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any part of the Service without prior written permission from us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MindMe and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Slovak Republic.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
